3. Purposes and legal basis for data processing
Users' personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- providing the services available in the service,
- managing user accounts,
- processing payments,
- communicating with users,
- marketing of our own services,
- analysing user behaviour to improve the quality of the services provided.
The legal basis for the processing of data is:
- the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- the necessity to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients of the data
Personal data may be transferred to entities processing the data on behalf of the Controller, such as IT service providers and payment operators (e.g. Stripe), provided that such entities process the data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and exclusively in accordance with its instructions.

In such cases, the transfer of data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR, in particular by applying standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Cookies and analytics tools
The service uses cookies to ensure the proper operation of the website, analyse traffic and personalise content. Users may manage cookie settings through their web browser settings.
In order to improve the quality of services and tailor marketing content to user interests, fit.expert uses analytics tools such as Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel).
Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel is an analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. It enables tracking of user activity on our website, such as:
- viewing specific pages,
- transitions between subpages,
- form completions,
- making a purchase.
The collected data is used to analyse the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to optimise marketing content. This data is anonymous and does not allow the Controller to identify specific users.
However, please note that Meta may combine this information with data collected through the user's use of Meta services (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) and use it in accordance with its own privacy policy.
