Jordan has had a varied background when it comes to training. Starting off with dancing from the age of 11, he then began weight training at 14. Soon after he discovered boxing and kickboxing training and realised that the type of weight training he was doing hindered his progress, so he tailored his programme to incorporate more functional training.

He uses these skills to work with his clients, using a range of tools, including, but not limited to, TRX, Kettlebell and calisthenics in addition to boxing and combat training.
